Key issues stemmed from accommodations not matching the descriptions. Discrepancies included a missing sofabed and inadequate sleeping arrangements, leading to unclean bedding concerns. Plus, guests encountered a lack of communication about room changes pre-arrival, a letdown. The gate by the beach needs a lock to keep non-guests out, as multiple outsiders were seen using the pool and hotel. I also found the furniture somewhat lacking, as there was only one bedside table and no dresser in my room.

Thank you for a REALLY GREAT stay. Overall the room is updated, delightful and includes central heating, a personal safe and flat-screen television. Everyone is friendly and polite and host too. The ambiance is special.

Our room at Organic Beach Retreat was like a dream! the decor was charming, and the ocean view was magical. We loved having a kitchen to cook our meals and the sight of dolphins swimming nearby was unforgettable.
The hot water in the Penthouse took a while to heat up, but others might not mind.
